Citizens Advice Sutton, with Age UK Sutton and Sutton Carers Centre have created the ALPS service above to provide council funded information and advice services.

Wandsworth Carers’ Centre have set up a project to deliver support across London to those unpaid carers who identify as LGBT+. This support includes raising awareness of unpaid caring in LGBT+ communities, identify support services, and chance to link in with other LGBT+ carers to discuss issues and support each other.

They are working with some carer support services in key London boroughs including Sutton, Camden, Hackney, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Richmond to deliver this support and we looking to build links with LGBT+ community groups and services such as yourselves to raise awareness of unpaid carers and the issues they face.
